Is Hollywood greater than Bollywood

The biggest challenge for any film producer is how to make sure his movie gets noticed by audiences.

Problem is that many movies are competing for people's money and time. And if you don't stand out from the crowd, you won't have much chance of getting watched.

But what makes a movie great? What makes an actor a star? Or a director? It's not only talent, but also luck. No matter how talented your actors are, if they have poor scripts, it will be impossible to get the job done.

And when it comes to films, there are two main types: big-budget blockbusters and small independent productions. Production and distribution of blockbuster movies costs hundreds of millions. These blockbuster movies are usually produced by big studios who want their movies to reach as broad an audience as possible. But these big-budget films tend to appeal mainly to older audiences.

Independent films, which are typically smaller-scale productions, can be financed either by individual investors or groups. These films often focus on niche markets and cater to specific tastes. These films are typically less expensive to produce and sell. They aren't always more affordable to watch, however. Many indie films are hard to find.

We need both types? Do we need big blockbuster movies and small independent ones? Well, I think that Hollywood is actually bigger than Bollywood. Hollywood produces more movies than India every year.

Do foreign sales make Hollywood more than domestic sales?

Yes, but only slightly. About 17% of total revenue was generated abroad in 2017. Domestic revenues made up 83%.

More than half of the world’s population lives in foreign markets.

This means many people who might never watch a movie at home will still want to see yours.

How many movies is Hollywood making in a single year?

Hollywood studios produce around 3,000 films per year. Yes, that's correct, three thousand!

These films are marketed by Hollywood, which spends billions of dollars. They spend millions producing them. They also spend millions promoting them. But how many end up actually getting seen in the theaters, do you think?

The answer is most likely between 200 and 300. The question is, what happens to all the other 2,700+ films? Most of them are either released direct-to-video or just sit in storage.

However, not all of them are unavoidable. Some of these have been selected to be distributed via Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu Plus.

We should see more of them. Why are they not released in theaters? They're too expensive.

If they were more affordable to produce they would be released into theaters.

That's where my expertise comes in. I can help guide you in the best way possible to put your movie in theaters.

You'll learn how to maximize your return and increase the chances of your movie being shown in theaters.

Let's face the facts...

It can be challenging to get your film into theaters. It is a complex, long-winded and complicated process that requires a lot of legalities.

It can also come at a high cost before you even begin.

Even worse, your window of opportunity to distribute your film is very limited.

There is not enough time to wait between the completion of a film and its theatrical release.

How much does it cost for a feature movie to be distributed?

A typical distribution deal costs between $100,000-$150,000.

The average cost of a theater is approximately $10,000

Screens cost on average around $5,000

If you have 100 screens, your distribution fee will be about $500,000.

Your distribution fees would be $50,000 if you had ten screens.

Is the Hollywood Walk of Fame still free?

Yes! You don't have to pay anything to visit the Hollywood Walk of Fame. To take photos of the Hollywood Walk of Fame, however, you will need to apply for a permit. This costs $15 per person.

If you're planning on visiting the Hollywood Walk of Fame, make sure to bring a valid ID.

If you are below 18 years old, you must accompany someone 21-years-old or older.

You can't enter the walkway before 10 am.

Once inside, you may not leave the walkway without paying again.

The walkway is not permitted to be filmed.

What made Hollywood famous?

The answer was straightforward. They were willing to take chances and try something new. This made it famous. They were able to make films that would be remembered for many years.

They were open to new ideas and had the courage of trying them out.
